Tim Muirhead

Tim is an Australian qualified lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in the provision of corporate and commercial advice.

Tim joined the MMA Offshore legal team in November 2009 prior to being appointed as Company Secretary and General Manager - Legal in January 2021. Prior to joining MMA Tim commenced his career as a corporate lawyer at a leading Australian law firm Clayton Utz, where he gained exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.

Tim has also been Senior Legal Counsel at ASX listed Orica Limited, where he was responsible for providing legal and governance advice to Orica’s businesses in Asia and the Middle East. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Law (with distinction) from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia.
