Adriana Rubio Keane has extensive work experience in human resources and management consulting. Adriana started their career at LA City Parks and Recreation as a Recreation Program Coordinator from 1999 to 2003. After that, they worked as a Planning Intern at the City of Los Angeles in 2005 and as a Development Intern at CDR - Enhanced Affordable Development Agency from 2006 to 2007. In 2006, they also held the role of Operations & HR Information Systems at the Center for Community & Family Services.
In 2007, Adriana joined Northwestern Mutual as an HR Management - PEO, where they provided generalist HR services for Financial Advisors and employees. As a management consultant at MMC HR, they supported clients in HR compliance, administration, risk mitigation, and various HR-related business matters. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Operations Manager- Senior HRL at MMChr, where they lead and manages a team of HR Managers and Field Consultants, ensuring the delivery of focused HR services to clients.
Adriana Rubio Keane has a B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Alverno High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their education, they have obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2021. Adriana also holds an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the same institution in the same month and year. Furthermore, Adriana holds a CA Life and Health Insurance License from the CA Dept of Insurance, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
