Agus Salim

Agus Salim has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the After Sales Area Coordinator for Central Java at Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) since April 2017, where responsibilities include developing business strategies to enhance after-sales services and customer retention for passenger vehicles. Prior to this role, Agus worked as Business Development Staff and Warranty Staff at MMKSI, focusing on claims processing and warranty management. From May 2014 to March 2017, Agus held the position of MMC Warranty Staff at Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, overseeing warranty claims compliance for all Mitsubishi dealers in Indonesia. Additionally, between January 2011 and November 2013, Agus operated a freelance business as the owner of Lily Studio. Agus is a graduate of Politeknik Manufaktur Astra with a degree in Automotive Engineering, obtained in 2009.
