David Ocar

David Ocar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, sales, and event management. Currently serving as an Ambassador for the Minnesota State Fair since August 2023, David directs guests and answers inquiries. David has been an active Ticket Taker for Housing First Minnesota since June 2014, contributing to fundraising efforts for homeless housing initiatives. An Account Representative at DCM Services since July 2019, David focuses on maximizing account recovery through effective communication with clients and attorneys. Previously, David held various roles at Five Star Professional, demonstrating success in sales and customer engagement from 2014 to 2019. Additional experience includes positions at Greenspring Media, BestMark, Masterson Staffing Solutions, OfficeTeam, Comcast, and Asset Marketing Services, with responsibilities spanning outbound sales, market research, and customer account management. David holds a BA in Communications from the University of Iowa and has a foundational education from Davenport Central High School.
