Arturo Sanchez

Arturo Sanchez has a diverse work experience. Arturo started their career in 2013 as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground and then took on roles as an Operations Admin and Operations Coordinator. During their time at FedEx Ground, they monitored facility reporting metrics, addressed performance issues, and provided clerical support. In 2020, they worked as an Associate at Amazon before transitioning to a role as a Cyber Security Student at The University of Texas at Austin, where they gained proficiency in IT, networking, and modern security. After completing their studies, they joined One Mnet Health as a Product Support Representative, providing support to clients. Arturo also worked at All Covered as a GCS RSC Service Desk Support Engineer, where they resolved technology issues for a global client base using various software and tools. Throughout their career, Arturo has consistently demonstrated their dedication to customer service and their ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Arturo Sanchez attended The University of Texas at Austin in 2021, where they completed a Cyber Security Bootcamp. Arturo did not obtain a specific degree during this time. Additionally, in September 2022, Arturo obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon. In May 2022, they also received the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
