Conrad Gunderson has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Assistant Manager at NeoMetrics, Inc., where they served in various departments. Conrad then worked at Sam's Club as a Human Relations/Service Manager, handling HR responsibilities and focusing on improving the organizational culture. After that, they joined Sprint Store by Arch Telecom as a member of the HR team, assisting the Director of HR with talent acquisition and maintaining immigration compliance. Conrad later moved to Providence St. Joseph Health as a Human Resource Advisor, addressing challenges related to new-hire documentation. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources at MNG Enterprise, where they established and executed a comprehensive HR framework for a startup organization. This includes overseeing multiple locations and a Cannabis Cultivation & Manufacturing Facility.
Conrad Gunderson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Studies with a minor in Mathematics from the University of La Verne. Conrad also holds an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mt. San Antonio College, as well as an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Cypress College. Conrad has taken courses in Human Resources Management at UCLA Extension. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Management Serv Safe certification in February 2016 and a Fred Pryor Human Resource Law certification from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack.
