Linda Shoemaker

Linda Shoemaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in web communications and graphic design. Currently serving as a Web Communications Specialist at MNsure since December 2013, Linda previously worked as an Information Officer 2 at the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, where responsibilities included graphic design, web management, and social media oversight. Additionally, Linda contributed to digital community development efforts at the AmeriCorps Community Technology Empowerment Project and Intermedia Arts, focusing on accessibility and usability in web design. Early career experiences include serving as a Graphic Artist and Webmaster at the Dakota Science Center. Linda holds a Gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America, an MFA in Sculpture from Yale University, and a BFA in Fine Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
