Heidi Wedel possesses extensive experience in security and advocacy, currently serving as a Security Dispatch at the Mall of America since October 2021, where effective communication with security officers, law enforcement, and guests is essential. Previous roles include working as a Women's Resource & Action Center Intern at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where advocacy for victims of sexual violence and event organization for social justice awareness were key responsibilities. Heidi has also served as a Social Media & Events Coordinator, Campus Tour Guide, and Orientation Leader, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills.
