Mark Smith has extensive experience in the culinary and procurement sectors, currently serving as a purchasing officer at Moama Bowling Club since November 2008, focusing on procurement activities. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Head Chef at Echuca Hotel from May 2001 to November 2006, as well as at Oscar W's Wharf Side Restaurant from October 1997 to May 2001, where responsibilities included managing kitchen operations, rosters, and costings.
