Dave Hong

Dave Hong, also known as Hong Liang Cai, currently serves as an Engineering Manager at Mobee Digital Asset Exchange, where significant achievements include eliminating weekend overtime and reaching approximately 99% product completion. Previously, Dave held various roles at Shipper, evolving from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer, mastering technical domains and leading crucial functionalities. Experience also includes software engineering positions at OY! Indonesia and SIRCLO, where product development and innovative solutions were key contributions. In addition to engineering roles, Dave has academic experience as an Assistant Lecturer in Computer Graphics. Educational qualifications encompass a Magister of Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Pelita Harapan, along with foundational education at UPH College.
