Maryam Imam has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property and law. Their most recent position is as the Head of Intellectual Property at Mobeus since May 2022, where they provide legal support for IP protection globally and strategically develops patent and trademark portfolios. Prior to their current role, Maryam worked as a Counsel/Consultant for various technology companies and law firms from November 2018 to April 2022. Maryam Imam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. Maryam further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology. In addition to their engineering background, Maryam also has legal qualifications. Maryam earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the Lincoln Law School of San Jose. Maryam also obtained several certifications, including being admitted to the California State BAR in October 1993. Maryam is also certified by the United States District Court, Northern District of California, obtained in April 1994.
