Tesla Wells

Tesla Wells has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and engineering industry. Tesla is currently working at Mobi Systems as an Algorithm Engineer, where they utilize classical AI concepts to generate schedules for robotics, transportation, and mixed-initiative teams. Their recent work focuses on modeling and integrating human preferences into scheduling recommendation systems. Prior to this, Tesla had an internship at SIFT (Smart Information Flow Technologies) in 2020. Tesla also gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company in 2019. Tesla started their career in 2016 with internships at SpaceX and Immedia Semiconductor, where they worked as a Software Engineer Intern.

Tesla Wells earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, Tesla pursued Computer Science at Arizona State University. Currently, Tesla is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Autonomous Robotics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which began in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
