Justin Young

Justin Young is an experienced Telecommunications and Network Infrastructure Engineer currently employed at Croft since September 2023. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Network Infrastructure Engineer at Blackstar Solutions Ltd from December 2020 to September 2023. Justin has extensive experience in IT management, having served as Global IT Manager at GDS International from July 2014 to July 2020, overseeing IT operations for multiple offices with a large employee base. Justin also held the position of IT Manager at Pharmacy Plus, where responsibilities included managing the PCS system used by thousands of nurses for medication administration, and briefly worked as an IT Manager on secondment at Pharmacy Plus Limited focusing on IT and communication system improvements. A career that began as a Network Engineer at Personic Computers spanned over two decades, highlighting expertise in managing a diverse customer base. Justin holds City and Guilds qualifications in Electronic Servicing and Telecommunications from City of Bristol College, completed in 1997.
