Denis Soldatov has two years of professional work experience. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at OOO NKO "Mobilnaya Karta", where they worked on a payment system which processed millions of payments per day from all legal bookmakers of the CIS countries. Denis developed a completely new, modern, scalable, fault tolerant microservices platform from scratch in the team. Denis designed and supported an API between microservices, ensured highload tolerance and high availability, created, maintained and standardized coding, architectural conventions and styles, analyzed and improved payment conversion, introduced an active code review, and increased development usability for developers. Denis also created a microservice - the new one of the payment gates - which integrated with Tinkoff bank.
In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer at YOTA, where they redesigned and developed payment system, breaking monolith into microservices, modernizing legacy codebase, and optimization of existing services. Denis also developed integration with other external payment systems. The stack they used included Java, Spring, Netflix OSS, Consul, RabbitMQ, Oracle, Gitlab CI/CD, and Docker.
Denis Soldatov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University between 2015 and 2019. In May 2018, they also obtained a certification from Mail.ru Group called "Technopolis: Java developer of Data Intensive Applications".
