Ellen M. Cartee

Ellen M. Cartee has extensive work experience in human resources, talent development, and leadership roles. Ellen M. currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mobile Communications America, where they lead all people and culture programs for the company. Prior to that, they worked at Fluor Corporation in various roles, including Director of HR for Construction & Fabrication and Senior Manager of Human Resources.
