Jeff Sylvester

Jeff Sylvester is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and program management. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Mobile Integration WorkGroup since January 2019, Jeff oversees a project team for a significant computer refresh and Windows 10 upgrade initiative for over 14,000 computers at Kaiser Permanente in Washington state. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at Microsoft for nearly two decades in various capacities, including Sr. IT Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing software releases for internal applications across Legal, HR, and Finance departments, as well as roles as Systems Engineer and Technical Support Specialist.
