Yossi Ben Harosh

Yossi Ben Harosh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Yossi is currently the CEO of Pilat Group, Israel's largest HR assessment and recruitment company. Prior to this, Yossi co-founded and served as the Vice Chairman of MOBILE SMART CITY CORP, a collaborative Smart City Mobile Ecosystem. Yossi also co-founded YoAv Technologies LLP, a global leader in wireless power technology services.

Yossi has extensive experience in strategic consulting and served as the Company Owner of YBH Ventures Ltd., providing consulting services in company strategy and execution, growth and scaling companies globally, and international business development.

In addition, Yossi held various leadership positions in different organizations. Yossi was a Board Director of the Young Business Leadership Organization and served as the President & CEO of CNOGA Digital Care, a leading digital healthcare company. Yossi also served as the GM & COO of prooV Inc., a platform that helps enterprises evaluate and adopt new technologies.

Earlier in their career, Yossi held leadership roles at RiT Tech, Amdocs, and Telrad Networks, where they contributed to the growth and transformation of these companies in various capacities.

Yossi Ben Harosh completed their undergraduate studies from 1986 to 1990 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management. Yossi further pursued their education at Bar-Ilan University from 1992 to 1995, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration.
