Elie Khoury

Elie Khoury is an experienced Business Development Manager at Mobile-Technologies, specializing in the Middle-East, North Africa, and Europe since February 2018. Previously, Elie served as the Director of the Network Solutions Department at Oasis Smart SIM from March 2011 to January 2018, where a solutions department was created, leading to significant revenue growth and successful deployments with over 10 mobile operators. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Regional Technical Manager, where Elie effectively established technical departments, improved communication processes, and supported numerous technical initiatives across the MEA region. Elie holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Balamand and a baccalaureate in General Sciences from Champville.
