Moses Okot

Moses Okot is an experienced project manager with a strong background in software integration projects for mobile operators, currently serving at Mobile-Technologies since May 2015. Moses has demonstrated expertise in project management, customer requirements gathering, scope validation, risk identification, and quality assurance of deliverables. Prior to this role, Moses worked at IBM as a Senior System Integration and Support Engineer, focusing on VAS and service applications development, as well as customer and incident management. Moses also held a position as a Senior CRM Analyst at Warid Telecom, specializing in service provisioning and support. Additional previous roles include CRM Specialist at Sitronics Telecom Solutions and Software Engineer/Programmer at Techno Brain Limited. Moses holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from ISBAT University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Uganda Christian University.
