Marisa Pfoff

Marisa Pfoff has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Marisa is currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management at Mobilelink and MOBILY LLC, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at UnityPoint Health as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they led a team of recruiters and talent specialists. Marisa'sresponsibilities included talent planning, emerging workforce community partnerships, recruitment strategies, and hiring events. Before that, Marisa held the position of Talent Acquisition Leader at Mobilelink and MOBILY LLC, where they focused on hiring for Cricket Wireless and AT&T respectively. Marisa has also worked as a Senior Agency Recruiter at WestPoint Financial Group and as an Agency Representative at COUNTRY Financial. In their earlier career, they held roles at H&M, francesca's, and Charlotte Russe, gaining experience in recruiting, management, and training.

Marisa Pfoff attended Illinois Central College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Marisa did not obtain a degree during this period.
