Jonas Matačiūnas

Jonas Matačiūnas has extensive work experience in software development and architecture. Jonas is currently employed as a Chief Software Engineer at MobilePay since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Danske Bank Lithuania as an IT Software engineer, Chief from April 2020 to April 2021, and as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2018 to April 2020. Before joining Danske Bank Lithuania, Matačiūnas worked as a Software Developer at ASHBURN International, UAB from December 2013 to March 2018. Jonas also held the position of Systems Architect at UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras from February 2013 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, Matačiūnas worked at EPS LT, UAB as a Systems Architect from May 2012 to February 2013 and as a Program Architect/Software Developer from July 2011 to May 2012. Jonas began their career as a Software Developer at UAB "Elektroninės mokėjimo sistemos" from August 2007 to July 2011.

Jonas Matačiūnas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kaunas University of Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Jonas subsequently pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at the same university, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
