Andi Alia

Andi Alia has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on fraud prevention and risk management. They started their career in 2009 as a Fraud Prevention Specialist at Eagle Mobile Sh.a, where they monitored and analyzed subscriber traffic to prevent abuses. They then joined Albtelecom Albania in 2012, where they first served as a Fraud Prevention Supervisor, leading a team and implementing fraud prevention strategies. Later, they became the Fraud Prevention Team Leader, managing the Fraud Prevention team and overseeing processes to minimize fraud impact and optimize savings.

In 2015, Andi co-founded Human Capital Albania and worked as a Senior Consultant in various areas. They then moved to SIGOS in 2016 and held several roles, including Senior Interconnect & Fraud Consultant, Team Leader in Fraud Professional Services, and Product Marketing Manager for Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management.

Currently, Andi is working at Mobileum as the Fraud & Risk Intelligence Product Manager, a role they held from October 2020 until November 2021. They are now the Director of Risk Business Managed Services at Mobileum, starting in November 2021.

Andi Alia completed a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tirana, attending from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, Andi pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance at the University of Tirana, graduating in 2011. Along with these academic achievements, Andi Alia obtained additional certifications, such as New Business Development from Vlerick Business School in 2020 and became a Product Focus Certified Product Manager in April 2019 from Product Focus.
