Manisha Nadar began their work experience in 2018 at Accenture, where they held the position of Network Operations Associate for a period of three years. In February 2021, they transitioned to their current role as a Telecom Fraud Analyst at Mobileum.

Manisha Nadar graduated from G.H.Raisoni College of Engineering in 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunications.
