Jesse Winans has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jesse started their career as an Engineering Technician at Selmet in 2004. Jesse then worked as a Test Engineer Co-op at Textron Systems in 2005 and as a Design Engineer Co-op at IBM in 2006. In 2007, Jesse had roles as a Hardware Engineer Co-op at Brontes Technologies and as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University - Lab of Rupal Patel. From 2008 to 2012, Jesse worked as a Research Assistant at Duke University - Lab of Miguel Nicolelis. In 2012, they worked as a Designer-Engineer at JWG Studios. From 2013 to 2015, Jesse was a Senior R&D Engineer at TearScience, Inc. Jesse then joined inXile Entertainment in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they currently lead the Xbox One and Playstation 4 development of the multiplayer game, Wasteland 3. Since joining inXile Entertainment, Jesse has held various roles including Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer at MobilityWare from 2018 to 2019 and Software Engineering Manager from 2019 to 2023. Jesse is currently working as a Technical Director at MobilityWare. Throughout their career, Jesse has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering and has closely collaborated with design and art teams to ensure smooth operations on all platforms.
Jesse Winans completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University from 2003 to 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, Jesse pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
