Sara Blanco Bravo has extensive experience in customer experience and care, currently serving as Coordinadora Customer Experience and Coordinador Customer Care at Mobilize Financial Services - España since August 2016. Responsibilities include the definition and execution of customer-centric projects, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Care, and overseeing the private client web area for Spain and Portugal. Prior roles include Customer Care Analyst at Campofrio and Sales and Marketing Assistant at BBVA, where Sara contributed to internal reporting for Global Lending and Global Transactional products. Sara holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad CEU San Pablo and completed a Customer Experience program at iKN Spain in October 2021.
