Pieter Limburg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1998, they started their first company, FAB, where they built computers, organized events, and traded goods online. In 2002, they worked as a Retail Store Manager at Combi de Mars. From 2004 to 2012, they founded and served as CEO of Foto Weert & Foto Horst, an omnichannel retail company. Pieter then joined Shapeways in 2012 as the Manager Supply Chain EMEA before becoming the VP of Business Development & Sales (global), overseeing business development, growth marketing, and global sales. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing & Sales Consultant at Lulu Systems, providing strategic startup consulting and achieving remarkable growth for multiple companies. Finally, in 2019, they founded Mobilo Card, where they serve as the Founder & CEO, offering a smart business card solution.
Pieter Limburg's education history begins in 1993, when they attended Heemgaard, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Mathematics and Science. Pieter then went on to Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Following this, Pieter attended the University of Bradford School of Management from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Executive MBA degree in General Management. More recently, in 2019, Pieter enrolled at Cornell University for a short duration to study Marketing Strategy.
