Dom Monty

Dom Monty has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, as the Head of Technology APAC at Mobiquity Inc., Dom is responsible for building an engineering team specializing in digital transformation across various industries. Dom also serves as a key advisor to clients, assisting in the development of digital transformation architectures and communicating solution designs to development teams.

Prior to their current role, Dom established an independent digital solutions consultancy and continues to consult for Sandstone Technology. Dom successfully onboarded Sandstone Technology as their consultancy's anchor client after completing work for them as the Executive General Manager of Digital Banking. In this role, Dom led the digital banking team and delivered products to banks in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and the UK.

Before their time at Sandstone, Dom served as the Global Head of Solutions Consultancy, responsible for driving sales opportunities globally. Dom also held the position of General Manager of Direct Banking, overseeing revenue and profit targets, product development, and project implementation for new and existing customers.

Prior to Sandstone, Dom worked at Macquarie Bank as a Senior Programmer, focusing on building systems for bullion and foreign exchange trading. Dom then joined IBM as a Senior Software Developer, where they extended banking products and collaborated with implementation project teams.

Throughout their career, Dom has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a track record of successfully delivering digital solutions across diverse industries.

Dom Monty attended the University of Sydney from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics.
