Jose Tinajero

Jose Tinajero is a highly experienced professional in defense and military operations with a robust background in missile defense systems and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Wargame and Exercise Analyst at Mobius, Jose leads exercise teams for MDA-directed initiatives. Previous roles include Principal Analyst at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and a two-decade career with the US Navy, holding positions such as Combat Systems Maintenance Manager and Senior Chief Petty Officer. Jose has extensive experience in Integrated Air and Missile Defense planning, overseeing critical exercises and managing maintenance and training for AEGIS systems. Academically, Jose holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Coastline College.
