Ravindra Rao - Data Operations

Ravindra Rao has a diverse range of work experience in data operations, strategy, and business development. Ravindra Rao recently held the position of Vice President - Data Services at Mobius Knowledge Services, where they were responsible for overseeing data services and contact center solutions. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Data Services & Contact Center solutions at the same company.

Before joining Mobius Knowledge Services, Ravindra worked at Concentrix as a Delivery Leader - Digital Transformation and Senior Manager Operations. Ravindra Rao also served as a Manager - Operations during their time at the company.

Ravindra's career in data operations began at nThrive Global Solutions (formerly e4e Healthcare Business Services), where they started as an Assistant Manager - Operations and gained valuable experience in the field.

Ravindra Rao has a diverse educational background with a focus on business administration, management, marketing, and computer science. Ravindra Rao obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from St. Aloysius Institute of Technology in 2006. In 2017, they completed an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University. Continuing their education, Ravindra enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, where they pursued an Executive Post Graduate Program in Business Administration and Management, completing it in 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ravindra has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Ravindra Rao became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM in November 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a COPC Implementation Leader certification from COPC Inc. in September 2015. In September 2014, Ravindra acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from MSME Development Institute - India. Finally, they hold the ITIL V3 certification from EXIN, although the exact month and year of the certification are unknown.
