Umesh Bhat has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Umesh began their career in 1990 as a Product Marketing Manager at VLSI Technology. Umesh then moved to Xilinx, Inc San Jose, Ca in 1994 where they served as a Senior Manager. In this role, they created a business plan, secured corporate funding, launched and managed the Design Services business, projected, directed and strategized all business development activities, and produced $50M pull-through revenue. In 2006, they became the Senior Director of Sales - Europe and San Jose, Ca at Larsen & Toubro Infotech. In 2011, they were appointed Vice President Sales at Zoomifier Corporation, where they designed an end-to-end Sales process. In 2015, they co-founded Kalbria, Inc. and served as Chief Business Officer, taking complete responsibility for Revenue generation and Operations. In 2021, they joined Purplegrids Inc. as Executive Sales & Marketing, responsible for Digital Marketing and driving TOFU, MOFU, LOFU content strategy and development, Branding, Competitive and reputation tracking, Partnership. In 2017, they became the Senior Sales Marketing Executive at Mobiveil Inc., responsible for new enterprise-level customer acquisition and strong pipeline development in the US. Umesh added 3 large semiconductor accounts with revenues exceeding $3M. In 2010, they founded Episteme. In 2022, they joined RoundSqr (Part of Cigniti) as Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Umesh Bhat holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix.
