Marina Alexandrovskaya

Marina Alexandrovskaya has over 20 years of experience in the business and technology sectors. Marina began their career in 1998 as a Financial Analyst at Video International. In 2002, they moved to WPP as a Media Planner, where they were responsible for analytics and strategic planning, execution plans, and tracking metrics for each campaign. In 2007, they joined Vizeum as Deputy General Manager and later became Chief Executive Officer. During their time at Vizeum, they significantly expanded the company's reach and built an agency network across 10 Russian regions. In 2014, they co-founded TDI Group (Belarus/Russia) and in 2016, they became the CEO of Zenith, where they spearheaded year-over-year financial, operational, HR and sales strategy. In 2017, they co-founded MobiWise and in 2020, they joined SberUslugi as Chief Operating Officer, where they launched the product from the scratch and built a full operational team and processes. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Rabota.ru as an HR Tech Business Development.

Marina Alexandrovskaya completed their PhD in Law from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in 2003. Marina earned their Master of Laws - LLM from the University of Economics and Law in 2001. In 2019, they obtained two certifications, an Open Source Tools for Data Science certification from Coursera and a Data Science Orientation certification from Coursera.
