Haden Merkel

Haden Merkel is a philanthropy coordinator at Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics since January 2023, with previous experience as an account specialist at Farm Credit Services of America from December 2018 to January 2023. Prior roles include traffic safety coordinator for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and executive director for the Mobridge Area Chamber of Commerce, where Haden focused on connecting businesses with the community. Haden also served as marketing manager at Bridge City Publishing, gaining valuable skills in marketing, sales, and management, and worked as a community outreach and administrative assistant for the Payne Phalen District 5 Planning Council, advocating for the Saint Paul neighborhood. Haden holds a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Hamline University.
