Customer Experience Team Lead at Mockingbird

Benjamin Gallina has a long and varied work history. In 2009, they began working as a Booking Manager for Pinehurst Music Inc, where they were the primary point of contact with clients and organizing force internally for the small business. Benjamin then joined Lincoln Center Education in 2016 as a Resident Teaching Artist, Educator, Performer, Curriculum Builder, and was a grant recipient. In 2017, they became the Music Director, Composer, Arranger, and Performer for MORBALLET INC, functioning as music producer over the course of two performance seasons and leading all musical aspects of the Artistic Director's creative vision. Most recently, they have been a Senior Customer Experience Specialist and Customer Experience Specialist for Mockingbird since 2020.

Benjamin Gallina graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance and Contemporary Media from the University of Rochester in 2004.
