Roselyn Ram has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Roselyn started their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Bank of Agriculture & Commerce, where they gained expertise in account management, customer service, and ATM operations. Roselyn then moved to Mocse Credit Union in 2012 and held various roles including Teller, Member Service Rep, Fraud Specialist, and Branch Manager. Roselyn was eventually promoted to the position of Branch Support Manager, overseeing branch operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Branch Operations at Mocse Credit Union, where they are responsible for providing leadership, supporting the branch admin staff, and driving the strategic growth and servicing of the credit union's membership.
Roselyn Ram earned a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Language from The University of the South Pacific in the years 2003 to 2006. Roselyn also holds a diploma in Medical Billing and Coding from Institute of Technology Inc in 2008. Currently, they are pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Modesto Junior College, expected to be completed in 2024.
