Samuel Leiter

Samuel Leiter currently serves as Chief of Staff at Modal, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Chief of Staff, GTM, and Strategic Planning & Operations at Intercom from January 2022 to April 2023, and Chief Operating Officer at The Arena, Inc. from June 2020 to January 2022. Additionally, Samuel contributed to UNICEF in a child protection, data strategy, and innovation capacity for a brief period in 2019. Early career experience includes consulting positions at EY-Parthenon from September 2014 to August 2018, following a summer associate role in 2013. Samuel holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where a certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation was also earned, and a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University with a secondary focus on Mind/Brain/Behavior Studies.
