David Suendermann-Oeft

David Suendermann-Oeft is the CEO of Modality.AI, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Data Science at Kasisto, Inc. from March 2019 to July 2021. From March 2016 to January 2019, they were the founder and Chief Scientist of EMR.AI. David was also a Principal Speech Scientist at SpeechCycle, Inc. from March 2007 to September 2013, and a Visiting Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York from February 2013 to February 2013.

David Suendermann-Oeft has a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bundeswehr University Munich and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden.
