Alan Arthur

Alan Arthur has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Alan is currently the Director of IT & Data Security at Modaxo since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Trapeze Group APAC, Middle East, Africa from February 2023. Alan also served as the IT Manager at Trapeze Group from May 2019 to February 2023.

Earlier in their career, Alan worked as the IT Operations Manager at The System Works Group (TSWG) from October 2017 to March 2019. Alan was responsible for managing the Managed Service business, ensuring infrastructure uptime, information security compliance, and ITIL incident and change management processes.

Before TSWG, Alan was the General Manager of Technology at Endeavour Foundation from April 2016 to September 2017. Alan led the IT team through a transformative period to prepare for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Alan's experience also includes serving as the National IT Manager at the National Heart Foundation of Australia from March 2008 to April 2016. Alan was accountable for IT systems and governance across multiple locations and stakeholder environments.

Earlier in their career, Alan held roles such as National Technology Manager at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Integration Services Manager at Data#3, where they managed various aspects of the technology environment.

Before transitioning into a managerial role, Alan started their career as a Technician at Accord Computer Engineering.

Alan Arthur attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2006, where they completed a program in Managing Teams for Innovation and Success. Alan also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Queensland in 2002.
