Amy Waddell

Amy Waddell, CPA, is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial management and strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group VP of Finance at Modaxo since July 2024, Amy previously held the position of VP of Finance at Maplesoft, where responsibilities included overseeing financial functions for multiple entities and aligning financial strategies with business goals. Prior roles include Director of Finance at OCTOPUZ and In-House Solutions Inc., with a focus on integrating policies and leading financial initiatives. Amy's earlier experience includes key positions such as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lone Wolf Technologies, Controller at Raytheon, and various financial roles at DALSA and Engel Canada Inc. Amy holds a degree in Business (HBBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant through CPA Ontario.
