Pierluigi Raffone

Pierluigi Raffone has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Promoter at Bose Corporation. In 2015, they became a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, and also took on the role of Electronics/Firmware Engineer at Volata Cycles. In 2016, they joined Ubiquicom as an Electronic Engineer, and then moved to Silicon Gears in 2018 as an Embedded Software Engineer. In 2019, they became a Software Engineer at Abinsula, as well as a Mobile Developer (iOS, Android & Flutter) as a Freelancer. Pierluigi is currently the Director of Software at Mode, a position they have held since 2022.

Pierluigi Raffone's education history includes a Visiting Student Researcher degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where they developed a self-powered sensor node with Bluetooth capability. Pierluigi also earned an MSc in Electronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano from 2010 to 2015, and a Master en Electronics Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. Most recently, they completed the Programa ThePowerMBA from ThePower Business School, obtaining a degree in Business Expert - Gestión y Administración de Empresas between 2019 and 2020. Pierluigi also holds certifications in Executive Program - ThePowerMBA from ThePowerMBA, and TOEIC from TOEIC® Program.
