Fred Satera has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Movie Captionist at Outsource BPO in 2012. Fred then moved on to Asian Global Creation Phils., Inc. in 2014 as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. Later that year, they began working at Nozomi Fortune Services, Inc. as an Office Clerk- Archiver. In 2016, Fred joined Global Empire Corporation as a Sales Expert and the University of Cebu as an ESL Instructor. In 2017, they began working at E Telecare Services in various roles, including Shift Supervisor, HR Generalist, and Customer Service Representative. Finally, in 2022, Fred joined Mode Mobile as a Customer Success Associate.
