Fred Satera

Fred Satera has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Movie Captionist at Outsource BPO in 2012. Fred then moved on to Asian Global Creation Phils., Inc. in 2014 as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. Later that year, they began working at Nozomi Fortune Services, Inc. as an Office Clerk- Archiver. In 2016, Fred joined Global Empire Corporation as a Sales Expert and the University of Cebu as an ESL Instructor. In 2017, they began working at E Telecare Services in various roles, including Shift Supervisor, HR Generalist, and Customer Service Representative. Finally, in 2022, Fred joined Mode Mobile as a Customer Success Associate.

Fred Satera attended IKON College from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering. Fred also attended the Logic Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2013, where they received Skills Training in Computer Hardware-Software Servicing/ Computer Network Design and Implementation.
