Malissa Brennan

Malissa Brennan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, yoga instruction, and educational program management. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group since November 2018, Malissa contributes to one of the largest woman-founded and woman-led executive search firms, recognized for its leadership advisory services. Additionally, Malissa is an active yoga teacher with ongoing roles at multiple studios, including Wonder Yoga & Wellness and One World of Yoga. Previous positions include AmeriCorps Program Manager at Blueprint Schools Network, where Malissa focused on educational improvement, and a Coordinator for Admissions & Recruitment at Phillips Academy, promoting diversity in teaching. Malissa holds a BA and BS in English Literature and Secondary Education from Salve Regina University, as well as a MAT in Education from Sacred Heart University.
