Rebecka Ingsmy

Rebecka Ingsmy has held several significant positions in local governance and healthcare, currently serving as Förste vice ordförande for the barn- och ungdomsnämnden and a member of various committees at Karlstads kommun since September 2018. Ingsmy also contributes to the political landscape as a political secretary for Region Värmland and has played a pivotal role in establishing the Öppna Moderater Värmland, a district of Moderaterna focused on LGBTQI issues. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ingsmy supported healthcare efforts as an undersköterska in a temporary COVID ward. With a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Karlstad University, Ingsmy combines a strong educational background with diverse professional experiences across political, healthcare, and service sectors.
