Alice Thompson began their work experience in 2002 as an Account Processor at Ceridian. Alice then progressed through various roles at Ceridian, including Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Client Service Advocate, and Service Delivery Analyst. In 2014, they joined MetLife as an Account Manager II and worked there until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as an Account Manager at Modern Business Associates (MBA).
Alice Thompson attended Northeast High School from 1996 to 1999. Following their high school education, they enrolled at St. Petersburg College and studied Business Management from 1999 to 2004. In 2019, Alice obtained a certification in "0215-LIFE INCL VAR ANNUITY & HEALTH" from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
