Catalina Flores possesses extensive experience in industrial and organizational psychology, currently serving as a Scientist at Modern Hire since August 2018 after holding roles as an Analyst and Professional Services Intern. Prior experience includes managing director and consultant positions at the Center for Organizational Research from September 2014 to June 2018, where responsibilities involved developing employee selection tests and analyzing survey data. Catalina also taught undergraduate psychology courses at The University of Akron from August 2014 to May 2016.
