Deborah Weisman

Deborah Weisman brings more than 25 years of legal experience to Modern Hire. As General Counsel, Deborah manages all internal and external legal matters, supports acquisition activity, and provides business-minded guidance to the Modern Hire team, dispensed through the lens of legal advisor.

She previously served as General Counsel at Shaker International. She also spent years in private practice, providing legal representation to a diverse client base of entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies across many industries. As an outside legal advisor, she guided her clients through the processes and challenges of a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial contracts, technology licensing and corporate governance issues.
