Timos P. has an extensive work experience, beginning with their current role as an Associate and Analyst in Healthcare Investment Banking at H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC since 2018. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Modern Softwares from 2016 to 2018, where they provided holistic enterprise and web development solutions for Small Businesses, as well as large enterprises. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Project Manager at Long Island University, where they devised and executed strategy for student experiential learning, developed a University-wide wellness and mindfulness initiative, and launched and guided a student-centered giving campaign. In 2016, they were a Finance Editor at SnoQap Financial, where they wrote weekly research-based posts on current events in economics and finance to educate young people. Timos was also a Leadership Development Associate & Substitute Math Teacher at TRIO, Upward Bound Program from 2017 to 2018, where they strategized and implemented a Summer Leadership Program, promoted academic excellence, and taught high school mathematics courses on rotating weeks in the summer program. In 2016, they were an Analyst at Greystone Fixed Income Fund, and an Intern in the Individual Investor Group at D.A. Davidson Companies, where they studied for and passed the FINRA Series 7 exam and was involved in day-to-day branch operations. Timos P. began their education in 2010 at Lakeland High School, where they completed their studies in 2013. Timos then attended Marist College and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Mathematics: Actuarial Studies & Business Administration: Finance in 2017. In addition, Timos P. has obtained a number of certifications, including a Series 79: Investment Banking Representative from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in December 2018, a Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in July 2018, a Series 7: General Securities Representative from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in August 2016, a Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in May 2016, and an AdWords Paid Search from Google in July 2018.
