Alan Lupiani

Alan Lupiani is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson currently employed at Modern Spaces in Long Island City, Queens, since November 2019, and also operates as a self-employed real estate agent since September 2017. Prior to their real estate career, Alan served as the Administrative Co-Director for the AICAD/New York Studio Residency Program from June 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included supervising administrative activities and managing budgetary requirements. Additional experience includes volunteering at Binghamton University, organizing an alumni event, and holding various roles in operations and communications at Williams Communications and Prism Communications. Alan holds a Master of Business Administration in Arts Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a minor in Business, both from Binghamton University.
