Melody Redding (Peppard) has a diverse work history, starting in 1998 at the Air Force Space Command as a Spectral Analyst & Instructor until 2006. Melody then moved on to Exelis as an Image Science & Project Management professional until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Remote Sensing Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College from 2007 to 2010. Melody then transitioned to the United States Department of Defense as a Spectral Image Operations specialist from 2010 to 2011. Melody'smost recent roles include Systems Engineer Lead at Boeing from 2011 to 2018, and currently as a Principal Engineer at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) starting in 2018.
Melody Redding (Peppard) earned an Associate of Applied Science in Communications from the Community College of the Air Force in 2000. Melody then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Management from Saint Leo University, completed in 2002. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science in Space Systems Operations from Webster University in 2006. Most recently, Melody completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics and Project Management from The George Washington University in 2018.
