Scott Turner

Scott Turner is a seasoned proposal management professional with extensive experience in leading proposal development for various organizations. Currently a Senior Proposal Manager at both Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. and MetroStar since May and February 2023, respectively, Turner previously held the role of Proposal Manager at Whitney, Bradley & Brown from November 2018 to February 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Proposal Manager at AECOM and ViON Corporation, and Capture Manager at Verizon Communications, formerly Terremark Federal Group LLC. Turner began the career as a Proposal Manager at GTSI from 2005 to 2011 and holds a BS degree in Decision Sciences and MIS from George Mason University.
