Pat French

Pat French has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. They started their career as an Assistant Terminal Manager at TransPlastics / Quality Distribution, Inc. in 1997. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as an SOP Specialist and Operations Trainer at Quality Distribution, where they were responsible for developing standardized procedures and training employees on logistics software. From 2005 to 2012, they held the position of Manager, Driver Marketing & Recruiting at Quality Distribution, overseeing national recruitment efforts and implementing innovative marketing strategies. Since 2021, they have been working as the Director of Recruiting at Modern Transportation Services.

Pat French attended Brookdale Community College from 1985 to 1987, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. From 1987 to 1990, Pat attended Montclair State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
